Directions to property were great and picture helpful but description of which actual room once in the building, the apartment number, distinctive door markings ( telling us there is a heart shape on door would have helped greatly) made the final approach tiresome.
CABefore checking-in the owner required a 250 euro deposit. After checking-out the owner didn't return the deposit until I requested it. Even after I requested it, it took a long time and lots of communication through whatsapp to get the money back. I understand that if I didn't remind him about the deposit and didn't bother him, I wouldn't get it at all.
GBLocation was perfect - 5 minute walk from train station (we had travelled from Florence) and also 20 minute walk from Airport. The host Jacopo was in touch and replied promptly to any questions.
GBGood location, nice and quiet area, close to the train station and main market street. Good size rooms, nice beds, decent bathroom. Good communication with the owners.
One bedroom was without air conditioning - during hot summer that is a huge thing.
