Lokalizacja- bardzo dobra obok przystanku autobusowego i stacji kolejowej,blisko sklepów i restauracji. Pomocny gospodarz

Śniadania były ujęte w ogłoszeniu jako w cenie co zdecydowanie jest błędnym określeniem, w rzeczywistości był to suchy prowiant pozostawiony przez właściciela tj chleb sucharki ciastka płatki jogurt i mleko oraz sok w lodówce. Lokal mało doświetlony przez to odczucie przebywania w piwnicy, trochę wilgotno.
