Could not figure out how to lower the heating. The information folder did not have a how to guide and the remote control for it was not intuitive. At least we were not cold! But very warm. I hope that the hot tubs will come back though- orginally wanted to book a caravan with a hot tub. Maybe they will be back next year?

broken blind in en suite. attitude of staff, but as its subsequently been discovered the owners have gone into administration that's understandable if they new their jobs were on the line at the time of our stay

Springwood is a beautiful, peaceful park set in a lovely location all within walking distance of Kelso. Our pet friendly accommodation was first class. Warm, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The beds were made up for our arrival, and there were plenty of fluffy towels. The welcome pack contained the essentials .... tea, coffee, sugar, and milk along with washing up liquid, dishcloth / scrubber, dishwasher tablets, and tea towel. The staff, without exception, were very friendly and welcoming. Their customer service was first class, and nothing was too much trouble. We had a wonderful holiday at Springwood and will be back ! 😀
