"Very unpleasant experience"

It is close by the bus station

The city view apartment is awful. They used photos of a different apartment, so it is confusing. Very loud neighbors. The shower was clogged and I couldn’t take a shower for more than 2 minutes, because it was flooded. When I texted the owners, they answered once in at least 30 min or even hours. The texting was miserable. Also at the end they made me like it was my fault that I didn’t wait for them all day long at the apartment. They are liars!

Nous avons passé une nuit au palazzo novecento centro storico. C'était très bien, très propre, le lit est très confortable.

La procédure d'arrivée n'était pas très claire et on a patienté 20 min en plein Soleil sans être sûrs que quelqu'un arrivait (ça n'aurait pas été grave en temps normal mais là on était dans une période où il faisait entre 30 et 35 degrés).

"A comfortable, well-located option"

Excellent location in Lecco, close to both the train and the ferry terminal. Price was very fair for the location. The room was clean and comfortable, and the shower was fantastic. The room was a good size, quiet and air conditioned. The bed was comfortable. I'd be very happy to stay there again.

WiFit was spotty. Communication regarding check in could be a bit clearer as there's no signage at the address. Some things in the description weren't accurate - for instance, no coffee machine. It says two beds, but there was only one.

Beautiful room. Clean and spacious. Good wifi. Great location in the centre of town.

We stayed in early July and it was difficult to find a parking space.

The whole experience was excellent. Superb location. Welcoming host who gave us excellent recommendations and service. Room was lovely and cool in extremely hot weather. The shower was fabulous.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, since it offered everything we would want to have and was overall a very clean and comfortable place for a reasonable price situated right in the center. The owner was also a very nice and friendly person.

There was nothing we didn't like or were disappointed with.
