The owners are extremely nice and the position is perfect, extremely central. The place is clean and tidy, everything works well.

Don't be fooled by the grandiose name and central location. This is not a proper hotel, just a 2-bedroom flat converted into three airbnb-type rooms. However, the location on the main street just a short walk from the lake and a short walk from Lecco railway station was great. People go to sleep early in Lecco, so at night it was quiet and peaceful despite the central location. The rooms were recently-renovated and clean.

Breakfast was just a €3 voucher which covers coffee and a croissant at a nearby café. The host does not speak very good English, but Google translate pretty much solves that problem. One of the rooms has kitchen facilities, an en-suite bathroom, and a nice terrace. But the other room is just a bedroom and the bathroom is a separate room. The price was a little too high in my opinion.

The only bed was a sofa bed - permanently set up. Was not the best in comfort.

The location is very central. The bed was confortable, the room was spacious, the bathroom was clean.

First of all, we were not communicated any instructions on how to access the room. We had to call the number, hopefully our italien friend was there and helped with the communication. The owner seems friendly but he did not speak English. The bathroom was not in the room, it was (kind of) private but we had to go in the corridor to access it. Then we did not have extra blanket on the bed and we were cold at night. We finally found one in the closet outside the room. Booking says that the breakfast is included. We were told to go to one coffee next door. It was an upleasant experience as the bartender requested the 3 euros voucher (which was not provided to us) and in the end we had to pay for the coffee. So it is a breakfast limited to 3 euros. We had to request the voucher to the owner at the time of check-out. We paid in cash the visitor tax, we had to insist and request the change at the time of check-out. After check-out, we received serveral messages asking us for the keys, to provide a picture of the keys, (we left the keys on the room's door and the owner was still in the room when we left). The whole stay was not very pleasant even if the room was confortable. It felt like the room and service descriptions were not very honest and the room was too expensive for what it was. We would not recommend staying there.

Clean and cosy apartments with great location in the city centre. The owner was very pleasant and helpful with everything, even though he didn't speak english, but he waited for us, showed us the parking. We also received some lovely Italian souvenirs, which was unexpectedly cute.

It was a bit noisy in the morning, but that's just small minus.

Just a room without any confort, no tv, no fridge, no proper desk to work. Bad communication with the owner. The breakfast they offer is just a 3 euros bonus in a mearby coffee
