The location was very good

We sent pics of a pot with full of rotten potatoes left from previous guest but received a message apologized the situation and had no one showed up to clean it. That is not acceptable coz the pot was disgusting.

the air-con couldnt have stayed wuthout it, cleaning team does a great job and toilerties, dishes and cookware were good.

2nd bedroom, spring mattress on spring base cant support an adult and resulted in bad back pain for guest, they are still recovering. there were no cutting knifes, no plugs, the stopper on the grd for curtins was missing and curtins would derail themselves. the vegie knife had a broken hilt and i sliced my hand. The washing macine/dryer was malfunctioning and had no instructions. there was a smell on the grd flr, unsure where it came from. All the signs posted were depressing.

Good size for 3 friends. Happy with the location. Warm.

Furnishings very well worn. Curtains tatty. Apartment smelt stale. Crockery chipped. Cutlery dirty.
