"Esperienza da dimenticare"

Il mio alloggio era molto comodo e spazioso.

La mattina del mio soggiorno c'è stato un problema con l'acqua calda, e considerando che la temperatura esterna era di circa 8/9° non è stata cosa da poco lavarsi con l'acqua fredda. Ho fatto notare il problema alla responsabile della struttura e mi è stato detto che c'era un problema alla caldaia e che non ero l'unico ad aver avuto il problema. Mi è stato negato un parziale rimborso per il disagio avuto, anzi la persona in questione ha anche sorriso alla mia richiesta. Non ho neanche ricevuto delle formali scuse per l'accaduto. Da non ritornarci

Lo location, accoglienza, colazione

Da migliorare un poco la pulizia della camera, e se possibile risolvere il problema delle cimici sempre in camera. Peccato che nel fine settimana prenotato il ristorante fosse chiuso
