Kebun Lisdtari Farmstay The Kabin

The cabin was gorgeous and comfortable. It was such a treat waking up to breakfast and coffee every morning.

We had an unforgettable stay here! The location is wonderful – surrounded by nature, away from the city noise, with fruit trees like bananas, jackfruits, papayas and many more right outside the house. During our stay we saw macaques, dusky leaf monkeys, hornbills, fireflies, squirrels, and other wildlife in the garden, which truly felt like being in the Malaysian rainforest. The hosts were amazing – Khalid kindly answered all our questions about Malaysian nature and history, and even showed us his permaculture garden. Lis prepared delicious breakfasts, and her cheesecake was simply the best we’ve ever had. On top of that, they have five super friendly dogs, and we loved spending time with them every day. Truly a magical experience!

We enjoyed everything - especially the warm hospitality! The garden is beautiful, we also liked the location (near great beach, near outdoor activities, great local restaurants near by) and each breakfast was fantastic. We definitely can recommend to stay here.

Goeie ligging en het huisje was omringd door mooie natuur. We hadden de laatste dag zelfs apen in de bomen. Verder hadden we iedere dag een ander ontbijt, deze waren heerlijk. Hele aardige mensen!

We moesten wennen aan de hondjes en de ganzen. Een tip zou zijn een hogere tafel met goeie stoelen voor het ontbijt buiten.

Super lieve gastheer en gastvrouw! De omgeving is prachtig, en het huisje is schoon! Echt een super fijne ervaring. En het ontbijt was echt heerlijk, elke dag weer.

Lis and Khalid are warm people and welcoming hosts! Lis’s breakfasts were very tasty, and their suggestions for restaurants and activities were spot on! The cabin is beautifully designed, very clean and comfortable. The garden is gorgeous! It was easy to rent a motorcycle directly with them. Early check-in was also very convenient.

Stray dogs around the property were a concern. They barked during the night, and one jumped at us a couple of times - once showing teeth and grabbing my pants. Playfulness maybe, but being an unvaccinated dog I was a bit worried.

Beautiful forest with amazing hosts, and the most amazing breakfast!

The room was kinda of open air which was fun, but a little warm.
