Paragraph Palmers Green - Tottenham Stadium

Was rude on the phone, left a customer who booked with no room after travel from Ireland saying its sold to a higher payment. Room had no window and zero ventilation it was unbelievable hot, if we wasnt drunk we would have gone home

Room was small but clea

Confirmation arrived late with instructions of how to get in to the room. People had been turned away and with sone rooms accessible around the back this should be informed. Our toilet was broken too. Some quest werent given the rooms they had paid got

Location was good for Tottenham Hotspur stadium. Decor was good.

No natural light in our room (basement room) although they did a good job with the decor. Very noisy from the road outside and other guests.

We arrived at the hotel, we had booked and paid for a family room, for 2 adults and 1 child aged 11 however on getting in our room it was only a double and no bed for our child. The room was tiny and although the staff gave us a camp bed, we had to put this up in front of the door as there was no room to put it anywhere else, luckily there was no fire or emergency where we had to get out, if there had of been our exit was blocked.

Never got there I was told they could not accommodate me and my son 24 hours before I arrived despite the booking being 6months old

Zero regard for bookings

There is no soundproof whatsoever. The ‘hotel’ is located on a very busy roundabout and all you hear all night is not only the traffic, police and ambulance but also passerbys and your neighbours talking next door. The decor was weird! The room looked more like a nightclub. No natural daylight but you can actually see the street through the mesh of the front door rollers. My guess it is some kind of restaurant turned into ‘hotel’. No staff either.
