At Pingnakorn Riverside

The hotel is a piece of art, we loved every corner of it! It is just incredibile how beautifully it has been designed. The staff was very helpful every time we needed anything and even exceeding expectations at times. It is a perfect boutique hotel a bit outside of center to give you peaceful and quiet stay. There is also a restaurant on site which comes very much in handy if you don't feel like going out for lunch. The pool was lovely and just the right size and temperature (compared to south of Thailand where water temperatures were not providing any cooling effect). Food was good, coffe prepared individually as per request :)

Very minor things like lack of washing racks to hang the wet towels or swimming suits outside on the balcony (I saw ground rooms had them but ours not which resulted in my clothes falling down to a pool of water when I tried to hang them on the balcony's rail). Bedside lamp would have been great too. One note: although having your sheets and towels changed daily feels like a royal treatment - unless really needed - IT is not environmentally friendly and actually could easily go without such practice, as the overall impression of hotel is great enough.

While the property itself has potential, the lack of hospitality and comfort made the stay fall short of expectations.

Our stay at Pingnakorn Riverside was unfortunately a disappointment overall, and we ultimately decided to change hotels during our trip due to the level of service and the overall comfort of the facilities. One of the biggest negatives was the staff interaction. Rather than feeling welcoming or helpful, the experience often felt transactional. A particularly disappointing moment was when we asked the front desk for recommendations and information about the local area, and we were simply told to “Google it” ourselves instead of receiving assistance or guidance.

Good hotel, large rooms, ample breakfast. Great staff and service.

Unfortunately, no bread or croissants. I had croissants delivered from the bakery. The other guests were quite surprised.

Very lovely building & rooms. Pool nice & clean. The breakfast was very extensive with fresh omelettes / Eggs made on request etc Lovely riverside location, so very nice to sit & watch the sunset by the river. Staff were very helpful & friendly & always plenty of people around if you needed anything. A good menu for eating & reasonably priced for a Hotel.

Nothing really, only that you will need to drive to get to any store / 7-Eleven, as nearest quite far.

The staff were lovely. The rooms were spotless. Breakfast was so nice, great choice.
