Everything was excellent. From staff to facilities 11/10. I was lucky enough to book it off season so i got the room rate cheaper. Everything was amazing. Customer service is superb. Shout out to all the nice staff/gentlemen in the reception who have assisted me on their other branch and generous enough to help me go to the appropriate pingnakorn hotel im supposed to go to. Its my first time in Thailand and was a bit anxious. first time to travel solo as well. The night receptionist at that time i forgot his name im so sorry but he speaks my language (filipino/tagalog) and speaks good english too, i would like to say massive thanks for helping me out!! It was a short and enjoyable stay. Everyone in this hotel is nice and helpful. Thank you :) higly recommend this hotel

The hotel is very beautiful, we loved the architecture and decoration. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The rooms were spacious ou s and very comfortable. The pool area is amazing, the view of the river really nice. The staff was impeccable and the location was quiet, a bit outside the city but still close enough to everything and very easy to go around by Grab. In summary, an excellent experience overall!

Location excellent if you don't want to be right in the hustle and bustle of town. Quiet and peaceful. No problem to order a grab - quick trip to town centre. Very easy to get onto the main road out of town which was ideal for us as we had a hire car.

I loved everything about this hotel. The welcome tea was great, and we were even able to get both early check-in and late check-out. They truly made our experience in Thailand amazing—it felt like we were staying at a resort. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options, and the coffee and Thai tea were my favorite parts. I highly recommend this place.
