Excellent stay for a family vacation! The location and ambiance of this hotel are absolutely excellent. I visited from California, USA, with my family for a short stay, and we had a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

However, there are a few things that need to improve. We weren't able to get hot water during our stay due to some technical issues.Other than this single problem, everything else was perfect. We would happily stay here again once that is fixed!

I like the location only. Breakfast taste is medium.

The staff behavior was very worst. They treat us very rude.Asking extra moneys from us.And telling us it's in there rules.They are not working properly. Toiletries was no provided to us. We have to make call for small things too. The room was not provided in correct time we where waiting for one and half an hour but for check out they indicating us before 1 hour.
