"Great location, flat with potential but some important issues to sort out."

The location, it is right next to main the street of the city centre. The flat is spacious and has a large balcony.

The TV didn't work. The host told us he never used national channels so he couldn't help us on that matter... The electric blinds in the living room and one in the kitchen were out of order. On arrival, we spent half a day of our short stay trying to sort out all the issuses ourselves to no avail. Although the host was in contact with us regularly he couldn't help us because he lives quite far away from the flat.

As it says, it is indeed exceptionally spacious and central! So nice to have an en-suite plus an extra bathroom for the other bedroom (we were 3 people, a couple and a single). Clean and comfy and super balcony. And when there was something that needed dealing with, Louis was immediately available on the phone and got it sorted. Canterbury's a great place for a short holiday break and this is definitely the right accommodation to go for.

Nothing - all was good.
