Kiwi Caravan Experience

We booked the van because our daughter wanted to experience a stay in a caravan for the first time. We thought it was very clean and tidy, and it was centrally located. We also thought the hosts were lovely people. They were warm and welcoming, especially to our 10 year old as they also had young children.

We didn't like the toilet. Mainly because the person who slept against the toilet/bedroom wall could smell the toilet during the night, and it was slightly unpleasant. We are confident that emptying the toilet unit daily would prevent this. Apart from that, everything else was great.

The caravan experience is superb. It has everything you need. The beds are comfy, and the whole room is very clean. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly.

Since the caravan is parked at front yard of a house, it may not be very suitable for a family with active kids. My kids were constantly looking for things to do. It would be better for us if the caravan is located near a park or playground that the kids can get entertained while parents also can have some relax time by the caravan.

Very friendly hosts. Fascinating compact accommodation in a caravan which was clean and had all the facilities that we needed.

The Owner was friendly and very helpful; he gave us information about the area and recommended places we could visit. The caravan had more than enough room for the two of us and was very tidy.

It would have been nice to be able to sit in the grass or part of the garden.

Really good continental breakfast. Thought of everything. Hosts were lovely.

There wasn't anything not to like.

Hands down the best place we stayed at in all of New Zealand. Awesome experience and the hosts were the coolest. We still miss it!
