Location is great bus and trams on the doorstep

Nothing everything was great

The facilities, the hospitality and the location of the property was as I had read in the brochure and exceeded my expectations. The cottage was clean, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen was kitted with cooking facilities and equipment and the shower was top notch. Paul was available/contactable whenever I needed him and he had brochures of places to visit, plus timetables of the transport schedules. The view of the bay from the living room window was enchanting and public transport in various kinds was only a short distance away. I will not hesitate to return to the cottage shortly, to enjoy the relaxing holiday I experienced and enjoyed. The cottage was a short way from Laxey village where there are shops, restaurants and pubs and the beach.

Cottage was very comfortable in good location very near to tram stop. We had everything we needed including free teabags coffee etc.

A well equipped holiday cottage with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and the towels in the bathroom were 1st class.

Everything the location ,and the cottage was furnished to a high standard ,clean and had everything you need for a self catering stay . Paul contacted us throughout our stay incase we had any issues ,but we didn't have any at all but reassuring that he was only a call away ..Perfect stay and we are definitely going to use again next year

There was nothing we didn't like

The property was on a direct bus route with the bonus of the stop right outside the front door! There is a view of the sea from the front of the property. Public transport/free disc parking infrastructure is excellent

No dustbin facilities e.g. for recycling. Very limited choice of restaurants nearby

Right on the road

This little cottage is awee tardos inside. Its ample sized kitchen bathroom big bedroom (kingsize bed) not at all squeezed in and spacious lounge with double sofa bed. Little extra is at rear. Picnic table for breakfast if hot as was for me or just to sit an listen to the quaint noses of Laxey. Bus Transport right near by. Manx electric trams a few mins walk and shop 5 to 10min walk depending on how active you are

it was in a great spot. very accessible by foot to Laxey and Laxey beach. it’s perfect for a couple or two people happy to share a room. Our host was very hospitable and helpful and made sure there was information available in the cottage if we wanted to visit places and sightsee.

it wasn’t a big deal but it is worth mentioning that to park the car you need to reverse up a slope between the cottage and another one.

The cottage could only sleep one or two but it was spacious for that number, and well appointed. Kitchen and bathroom had quality equipment. The view was beautiful!
