Well, this apartment was far below the expectation and far below the photos. Maybe the bathroom was OK.

In details: - All the photos are prepared with extra wide lenses, the apartment is way much smaller than it seems on the photos. - They say it is 49 m2. We measured it: it is only 31 m2. (Plus there are two terraces, which are +5 m2.) I think that is a HUGE difference! As I have to cook totally gluten free, I usually take several kitchen accessories with me. Therefore the size of the apartment is essential, to have place for storing things. 49 m2 is enough. I was happy to find this apartment. But than it was a huge disappointment, because 31 m2 is tiny. The living room + kitchen + dining area + "lobby" are altogether 14 m2. (Bedroom 12 m2, bathroom 5 m2.) We had to put the things that we did not use into the bedroom, to have enough space in the kitchen. If we needed something, we had to bring it from the bedroom and after usage wash it immediately and store it again in the bedroom. But when going to sleep, but the things from the bedroom to the living room. - In the bedroom there is a large mirror. But it was strange that we could hear the owner lady talking, phoning regularly quite loudly. It turned out that the mirror is actually a door to the room of the lady with no insulation. - The owner lady did the regular washing at 22:30 in the evening. The whole house was shaking because of the washing machine centrifugation. The second time I asked her son to stop it, because in such a late time we would like to sleep. - There was extremely hot. If we turned on the AC, of course it made some cool. But after switching off (e.g. because of sleeping), within 10 minutes there was again 33 Celsius as the walls were really hot and there is no insulation. - The road is not very busy, but you will hear the traffic, especially if you open the windows because of the hot. - The TV is a very old simple and small one. The fridge is loud and hot, the microwave is old and needs 5-10X times for warming than normally.
