Гарна чиста квартира на Площі Ринок. Ми задоволені. 4 етаж, страшненький під'їзд. Але компенсує, що це прямо на Площі ринок, біля Ратуші. Повернулася туди б ще.

It was an awful experience. I urgently needed to find another place for my family to stay. First of all, after I booked this place, the host reached out to tell me that this particular place was booked and suggested another place. The place is on the 6th (ish) floor of a very old building with hazardous, unstable stairs. You'd be scared for your life as well while climbing up, and now imagine 60-year-old parents and children there as well. I arrived before my family and took the keys even though I saw the stairs because we needed to stay somewhere. The place itself looked clean and okay. After everyone arrived, we understood it was impossible to stay there. Apart from the hazardous stairs, the additional toilet was so stinky we couldn't use it, the beds were impossible to sleep on, the sofa bed had holes in between cushions, so children fell in these holes while sleeping, and the bedsheets and duvets had a strong smell of cigarettes. Not safe, not pleasant, and not a family-friendly place to stay! When I called the host, she agreed to return the money and vaguely suggested to help find another place. But after we checked out, she changed her line completely and, after many conversations, decided to return the funds, equal to 1.5 days (out of 6, and we stayed just 1 night) in this hazardous place. By the way, after one month, I still haven't had this refund processed. As a result, we stayed just 1 night at the property, and I urgently needed to find another place for 5 adults and 3 children and pay in full for another place, of course. When something like this happens, customer support is not on your side but on the host's side. This is very sad because I am an old Booking.com customer and have always had a positive experience. And just imagine if something happened on these stairs! Be careful; this host manages multiple properties in central Lviv, and I don't wish anyone to have an experience that I and my family were facing.
