Sunshine Beach Condotel

The location is perfect—close to attractions, shops, and restaurants—yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. It’s truly a seven-star stay, ideal for groups. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The swimming pool was spacious and clean, with a beautiful sea view. The room was well-maintained, comfortable, and equipped with all necessary amenities. The location was convenient, with easy beach access and nearby restaurants.

Now I've travelled a bit in my time, about 20 countries to date and hopefully more I pray. In my maybe broad or limited experience, depends on who you ask, I have never, ever encountered a host like Alexander, the owner of this Sunshine Beach Condotel. I would give maybe 50 stars if there was such a thing just because of Alexander and the way he hosted us without even being there in person! Don't get me wrong, the place was great for my family, we loved our stay there, the view of the beach and sea was fantastic from the 27th floor balcony, all the amenities were complete for a short or long stay and his local staff were nice and polite despite the language barriers though still understandable. More on the place in the "What I didn't like" segment, cos WE LOVED IT! But again, if all major awards included a category for "best host in a holiday accommodations" then Alexander will bag the Oscar's, Emmy's and the Nobel Peace Prize! He made us feel like we were staying at a relatives or close friend's place, not a holiday rental at all. It was like we had family in an unknown city which made us feel safe and at home, making the holiday so much better. He goes out of his way to make sure your stay is memorable, assisting and answering every question and accommodating every need you may have that is humanly possible. I've stayed at many 5 star establishments, even 'diamond' class super luxury places a couple of times but never have I found a more wonderful host anywhere on the planet by far, at least not the 20 countries I've frequented. I mean, this guy was literally across the globe, travelling himself and with a 5-6 hour time difference yet he made sure everything was taken care of, checking in with us countless times even in what must've been ungodly hours for him for the first two days and only took a break after that cos yeah everything was taken care of, we had want for nothing at all.

There's nothing not to like! Breezy, lots of sun and a fantastic view with lots of privacy. The beach is right downstairs and you could take a walk to a cafe by the beach just about a minute away literally. If you're staying in then it's best to download the Grab app for food deliveries, I'm sure Alexander will help you with that if you asked but Google Play or App Store both have it, it's Uber and food deliveries combined and very efficient in Pattaya. Why stay in? The beautiful full moon reflecting off the sea right outside your balcony is why! What a view! Wonder why Pattaya for a family vacay? Well it's got great family activities, too many to name here but be sure to go to Nong Nooch Garden for a full day of family fun, take the full package, it includes a bus ride around the huge park, a buffet lunch and the best stage show in Pattaya compared to every other cabaret show which costs same as the full package at the garden plus you get so much more. First quarter of the show is mind blowing, live war scene with warriors on elephants. Second half is an Elephant show with photo ops abound. Didn't see the tigers during our 5 hours there but for tigers, don't miss the Tiger Park guys. It's expensive, only ten minutes of photo and video time with the tigers you choose but there's also a 25 minute safari ride and unlimited walk around time and my kids had a blast. Ever pulled the tail of a live, giant tiger? Yup, here's your chance. Those 2 places and some others are very close to Sunshine Beach Condotel. And here's the reason why this place is great for families...it's not at the center of party town so you don't get the noise and crowds. I'm ok with sexy girls strutting about and I'm sure my teenage son secretly enjoyed it, heck even my 5 year old boy loved all the attention he was getting, Thai people love kids...

the apartments are well equipped, the owner is extremely customer-oriented, always in touch. the location is beyond praise. its own beach, the pool is clean, there is a picturesque yacht marina nearby. the view from the balcony on the high floor is exciting !
