The building is old and there is a lot of noise at night, you ca hear neighbors talking loud. The studio is really small and was not cleaned properly, there was dirt on the floor and dust bunnies flying around the room. The bed is actually an old couch, not even the one in the picture, not comfortable at all. It was burnt with the cigarette and the entire place smells like cigars and cheap room odorizant. The bed sheet did not looked clean, luckily we had our own and used it.

The host is polite and makes an effort to communicate, but the apartment has a number of issues that aren’t obvious at first. Cleanliness is at a low level – you’ll find trash, poorly washed dishes, stains, limescale, and the fridge is dirty with a completely frozen freezer. In a kitchen cabinet, we found a toilet seat, empty bottles, packaging from toilet paper (but no actual paper), and leftover trash. The ventilation is greasy and full of cobwebs. The sofa bed, which serves as the main sleeping surface, is extremely uncomfortable. The air conditioner barely cools the space, and at night it becomes stuffy, with unpleasant smells coming from the bathroom. Several strong-scented diffusers are placed around the apartment, which makes it even harder to breathe. After flushing the toilet, the water keeps running for a long time – it seems something is wrong with the cistern. Noise from neighboring apartments is clearly audible. Overall, it seems the apartment is only superficially cleaned between guests, but it desperately needs a proper deep cleaning and refresh.
