La qualité haut de gamme des équipements, La mise disposition de beaucoup de produits comestiques et consommables : thé, café en vrac et en capsules Nespresso capucino, galettes ,bonbons etc

Le 3e étage sans ascenseur, non mentionné dans l'annonce de Booking

La posizione facilmente raggiungibile prendendo il tram n.2 dalla stazione ferroviaria.

The area was good and near the Center.

The fact that we have asked for king double bed as per the choices given during the booking and although it was confirmed to us that we will be given tgis option in the end of the day they gave us a room with 2 single beds placed together !!! When we complained the manager told us that this is what they have and this is what they consider as king double bed and if we dont like it they can refund us and we can go to another place which was not what we expected to listen after being so tired and traveling for almost a day to go there. We didn't have time for this as we went only for few days. Also no bath towels were available in the flat. Only small face towles. Again, when we complained we were told that this is what they have and use !!! There was not hot water and the use of boiler took too long time.

very clean, modern appartment with everything we needed for a couple of nights. Good instructions for access. Lovely and quiet at the back of the block even though the main railway line is across the road. Handy Lidl supermarket around the corner and tram stop for town nearby.

Appartment is very compact ,so not a lot of room for 2 people to eat or relax. My wife didn't feel very safe around the area at night
