This is a totally new hotel, or totally refurbished, everything seemed to just have been completed. Very clean and modern. The room came with its own kitchen with a gas stove, a fridge, a dining table. There was even a big wardrobe and a desk in the bedroom. In other words - a place where you could just move in to live. It's the third hotel in which I've stayed in Trabzon and it's my favorite. Also among my favorites in Turkey - you seldom find a hotel as clean as that there. Despite of the location no longer being great, I would still stay there again next time I'm in Trabzon.

Because the place is totally new, there's nothing you could cook or eat with: no pans, no plates, nothing. I asked for a kettle and I got one, but it would have been more convenient if there was a set of kitchen items available without asking for them. The windows were new PVC, but for some reason I could hear the noise from the street and feel the air as if the windows were open. Maybe it's the walls. The location would have been excellent if the bus station hadn't been recently moved to another part of the city. Now, without the bus station, this feels like an area of mechanics workshops and car-part stores, far from the center and anything of interest. But the hotel is still close to the main road from where one could catch a mini-bus to anywhere, and cheap.

It is in the middle of a bunch of metal scrape yards not a very comfortable location. I booked because I thought it was next to the bus terminal. That has moved now up the road and across highway. The Wi-Fi was really spotty.

Seems new. Looks like on the pictures. They moved checkout time to a bit later.

Was very tired after the day of travel. Arrived to the property and was met by not working terminal. They told me the problem was in the card which is a lie cause I paid with my card that day many times and also 7 minutes later after they told me that on the bus station. Also haven't had any messages from my bank about them even trying to charge my card. As the problem was in their card machine I asked to check in first, just wanted to leave my bags and go get some food and cash to pay for this place. They told me that they can't check me in until I pay and that the staff will walk me to the atm. Very unwelcoming and rude, especially considering that the problem was in their machine. When I brought cash payment later they refused to give me receipt.
