Stay in the hotel was quite comfortable and staff was really polite.

The hotel was in a very nice location, polite staff especially Mr Parveen Sharma, Provided pick and drop facility to banganga and also never refused to drop wherever I told, very good driver ,i short I will recommend this hotel ,also they told me about some places must to visit

The hotel staff is excellent,the room very also very good , value for money hotel ,must visit this hotel I am planning to visit this hotel next time with my family.

HOTEL JAGDISH RESIDENCY: Katra-182301 :-One of the worst hotel in all way since it’s Check-in at hotel as no facility of Clock Room for safe custody of luggage’s have been offered to hotel customers and in a clandestine way dropped out the customers near Yatra Parchi Counter by providing free of Cost vehicle and charging Room rent in full even during visit to Vaishno Devi Pujan at Bhawan which takes around 12-20 Hrs. It is pertinent to mentioned here that most of the others Hotel of Katra along with Hotels and Dharamshala of “Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board” are providing clock room facilities to customers visited to Vaishno Devi Pujan at Bhawan. This organized practice of HOTEL JAGDISH RESIDENCY: Katra-182301 should not be much appreciated being involved in hotel industry. Hence, it is recommended to escape such type of malpractices especially adopted by HOTEL JAGDISH RESIDENCY: Katra for charging room rent even during visit to Vaishno Devi Pujan at Bhawan attracts exploitation of customers.

Location of hotel excellent with charming and helpful staff. I would like to visit again and again. Wishing bright future of all linked with this hotel.

Some maintenance of room like electricity points and cleanliness of washroom on regular basis required.
