Palma Residence Salento

Spacious, well-proportioned, stylish but homely; amazing location, good parking, very clean, real and excellent sea view. Good communication from hosts!

Clean, close to the beach.

Palma Residence was a perfect place to stay for our visit to the region for a variety of reason. Location: only 20-30 minutes away from Lecce made it easy for us to travel the Salento region of Puglia while also having a beach only steps away from the residence. Very easy to access other parts of Puglia by Puglia by car. We visited in the off season and still had everything we needed in terms of restaurants & food within a short walking distance. Accommodations: everything was clean and well put together. Beds & bathrooms were comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for a short stay. Outdoor space offered in each space had Staff: Everyone was beyond kind, easy to get in touch with and offered amazing customer service. They offered a very easy check-in process with a nice walkthrough of the space and a thorough guide to recommendations for activities, restaurants and excursion options. The Palma Residence has four different “apartments.” Two on the ground floor & two on the upper floor. The outdoor spaces aren’t “private” but give you enough privacy to be able to enjoy without concern of bothering the others staying in the other rooms. We did not use the pool but it looked very clean & nice. Other residences staying in the Palma Residence had used it and had mentioned how nice it was.

Wonderful location with a perfect view of the sea. Two huge balconies, beautiful rooms each with a bathroom. Friendly, helpful landlady. She gave us lots of great tips on what to do in the area. We can only recommend Residence Palma. Wonderful days in San Foca.

The apartment was beautiful, extremely clean, staff were very helpful throughout. Valeria responded very quickly to all our queries and was extremely helpful. We loved the beach-especially Mora Mora and visited and swam in many other places. Salento bike hire was great...for advice, great bikes and information. The village had great restaurants....we ate in several....but when the weather turned/we moved into the first week of October...many were closed!

From the pictures on booking.com, I expected more private outside space-perhaps this error was mine. We did however have on our booking agreement-terrace and balcony stated.....we had a terrace but it was outside in the public area....we had access to a fabulous roof garden terrace....The size and layout was just not what I expected from the photos.....perhaps there was more information about the specific apartment we booked that I did not look at.

This place was absolutely exceptional! So clean, well maintained, modern, had all the facilities we could ask for. The hosts were lovely and everything went so smoothly.

The building and rooms were very clean and welcoming. The staff, Valeria, was very helpful with all of our questions. Great view of the sea. Close to many beach clubs. The pool was larger than expected and the whole building was very quiet even though on the main street of the town. Close to restaurants and shops although the town is very small.

Not much to not like. The town is small so not a lot of choices for meals but enough for us. It is centrally located to Lecce and Otranto. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and one bedroom was a bit small.

The square of apartments doesn't correspond to the declared ones, it is much smaller. We choose 70 Sq.m apartments, but in reality it is only 50. Lack of ventilation, damp smell and due this constantly need to keep aircon running. Very little space inside. Need additional cooking utensils. No wardrobes. The photos of object inside aren't corresponding the reality.

Amazing view, love the patio, pool, rooms were beautiful, beautifully decorated, location was great. The staff bent over backwards to make sure we had everything and were wonderful to deal with. Highly recommend. I’ll be back!
