Ambiente accogliente, pulito e strafornito (soprattutto la cucina)! Enrico è stato disponibilissimo anche x gli spostamenti dall'alloggio! Lo consiglio e se dovessi trovarmi da queste parti sicuramente sceglieremo lo stesso alloggio♥️ PS unica cosa che non era descritta è che la zona notte matrimoniale si trova al piano superiore ma che per noi non è stata un problema, anzi... Ti da la privacy dalla zona giorno!!!

La casa es muy bonita, tranquila y con vistas preciosas. La comunicacion con el anfitrion fue excelente y es muy agradable. Muy recomendable.

Nice, spacious one-bed flat in an old house right on top of Orte's Eastern cliff. Super host - leaving us videos from Tasmania (!) on WhatsApp to explain how to reach the flat (which is not exactly super easy, the first time around). Well furnished and kitted out if you are spending a longer period/want to cook. Excellent shower, large fridge and powerful air-con in the bedroom; the thick walls and double glazing ensure temperatures remain reasonable inside no matter what happens outside (38 C in our case). Parking can be difficult - there are 3 covered car parks nearby, but they are often full and finding other long-term parking in Orte centre can be a task. At least the parking app works well, and it allows payment extension on-the-fly from wherever one is. No washing machine - there is a launderette ~15 minutes walk away (downhill... and then uphill!). Access to the bedroom is via a spiral staircase with virtually no railings and some sharp corners - not suitable for small children or people who are afraid of heights.

Enrico is the perfect host! He explained everything so well and was available at all times fpr questions. The flat was cozy and warm, it‘s quiet with an amazing view and was extremely clean.

If you're looking to escape the city bustle, immerse yourself in ancient history, and settle for a while in a charming small town with excellent connections to Rome, ORTE and Enrico's apartment is exactly what you're searching for! I must say, having stayed in over 100 Airbnbs in recent years, this is truly one of the best. We felt completely at home here, like it was our own little piece of Italy ❤️ We spent 12 wonderful days exploring Rome and the entire Umbria region. The apartment has absolutely everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is brilliantly equipped, making it a joy to cook local ingredients. Each day, enchanting Orte welcomed us with its cafes, a delightful family-run Enoteca managed by two lovely sisters, restaurant and taverns. The drive to Rome takes about an hour, and honestly, after staying in Rome several times before, this option definitely wins for our family (2+2)! Orte itself, though small, is incredibly welcoming. The local community makes you feel like you're part of their extended family! Enrico is not just a host - he's a treasure trove of knowledge about Orte and its surroundings. I think he knows literally everything about the area, and his warmth and hospitality made our stay even more special! 😊 Sending our warmest regards and heartfelt thanks for an unforgettable experience!

Great location, and very characterful. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped, the bed comfy, and the shower hot! Enrico answered all my questions before I even thought to ask - lovely host.

The host very proactive, sent us video of location, contacted us with lots of info, for example parking details, wifi etc which made checkin in much easier, didn't realise when booked it was a hill top town so very small streets etc, steep, but a bit unique. We found parking just outside the town, so a short walk with bags needed to get in
