Agriturismo San Tommaso

Bardzo ładnie urządzony dom, dwie łazienki dla 8 osób do duży plus, przepiękny widok na toskańskie wzgórza. Wydzielona część z leżakami przy basenie.

Jedyny minus to brak czajnika.

Super flot beliggenhed i meget fredelige omgivelser. Rigtig god pool og skønt med faste pladser og mulighed for skygge. Skønt terrasse ved huset.

Meget dårligt wifi - i store perioder slet ingen dækning. Køkkenet var dårligt udstyret.

Die Unterkunft liegt mitten in der wunderschönen Landschaft der Toskana. Das Grundstück ist weitläufig und sehr vielfältig und schön bepflanzt. Der Poolbereich direkt im großen Garten mit dem weiten Blick über die Felder und Hügel ist herrlich und man kann perfekt entspannen. Es war immer sehr angenehm ruhig. Das Deluxe Apartment war sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Bett war sehr bequem, es waren u.a. eine Klimaanlage und ein Grill vorhanden und es war sehr sauber. Die Inhaber waren besonders freundlich und zuvorkommend und immer sehr gut erreichbar. Uns wurden viele spannende Tipps für Unternehmungen mitgeteilt. Check-In und Check-Out waren super unkompliziert. Es war ein perfekter Urlaub.

This is the classic case of "booking the view"; an extraordinary one in Tuscan wheat fields. The pool was lovely, but because of the extreme heat wave, not enough shade from trees. The apartment was way too small. We were 7 in my family, and had no real living room except a terrace outside, and it was too hot. The loft had 4 small twin beds, for SMALL CHILDREN ONLY, AND WAS OPEN. BE CAREFUL OF THE NO CANCELLATION POLICY! Even though I opted for the cancellation insurance, this is only in the case of Death, illness, or unemployment, all with documentation, of course. We stayed one night of five. The owner allowed 300 back in cash, but Booking charged 1700. Really unfortunate.

The grounds of the property was very beautiful with a very postcard perfect view of Tuscany. We also appreciate Sergio and Giulia who were very kind and was always there if we had any questions or concerns.

Some things did not work like the laundry machine and we needed to get help from the lovely staff to get it fixed. The pool was also not heated so we did not get to use it very much as the water was cold.

Lovely Tuscan views, good parking on the premises. The property pets became quick friends, coming over to join us for every meal.

We stayed in Tuscany for a whole month, and unfortunately this was the most unpleasant experience with an agriturismo. We had cleanliness issues, a tiny, ill-equipped kitchen, poor wifi, patio lights not working and lots of general noise (greenery trimming, lawn mowing, etc.) while we tried to work. While we tried to rest, there was a cleaning robot in the pool, so didn’t think it very safe to use it. The owner and the staff were nice enough and fixed some things on the go, but they also expected you to leave the place cleaner than you found it, and made a big stink about it, even when we didn’t complain about all the other things that made our stay difficult. It’s also the only place during our trip that asked for a deposit of €100, and then charged us €20 for a pan that we supposedly broke. It ended up being more stressful than relaxing, so not worth the money at all. Mi dispiace, but that was our experience.
