Bilmans Transient House

This is a great find in the city of Pines. A well maintained house for the whole family. We have enough room and it is very spacious. . Everything you need is being provided. Utensils, and cookware are being provided.. If you need anything, there is a grocery upstairs Very accommodating ang owner. We will certainly go back to this place whenever we are in Baguio.

It is spacious enough for our family of 14 and the host is very kind and attentive to our needs and requests

There are some minor things that needs fixing for a more comfortable and convenient stay; like the ceiling lights in one room and the water flow/supply from one of the comfort rooms & the kitchen sink is not enough.

The care taker as well as the owner were extremely helpful. The care taker assisted us the main tourist places. I highly recommended this property for those families or friends looking for transient house in Baguio.

- Rooms do not have curtain light blockers which would have helped for a comfortable sleeping at night - Windows are not double pane so noises can we heard especially at night time - Bathroom sink was clogged - Beds are not comfortable at caused and had caused us some back pain after just one night of use
