The Pod was spotlessly clean and very warm. The bed was incredibly comfortable โ€” it's made me realise how much I need to upgrade my own at home! Check-in and check-out were completely hassle-free, communication was excellent, and the WiFi worked perfectly. We were also lucky with the weather, which the kids absolutely loved.

Nothing at all โ€” zero issues from start to finish. *****
