We had a terrible experience here. On the first day we requested a date change via Booking (from 2–6 Sept to 2–4 Sept). The property had 24 hours to accept but never did. When we checked out early, we asked for a refund, which they are obligated to provide. Instead, staff called Booking in Turkish so we couldn’t understand, and one employee admitted: “we can give your money back, but we won’t.” When we asked to get our room back, reception suddenly demanded a deposit, even though we already paid. This was a scam and completely unacceptable. The rooms were dirty and very low quality. Even worse, the breakfast made my friend sick (diarrhoea and nausea) and we lost a whole day of our trip because of it. Staff gave us contradictory excuses (“it’s Booking’s decision,” “we paid fees already,” etc.), showing they never intended to be fair. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Dishonest staff, bad rooms, unsafe food. absolutely not worth the money.

A limpeza podia ser um pouco mais cuidada. Mas ainda assim é uma boa opção qualidade preço.

Very comfortable bed delicious breakfast 5 stars bathrooms I was with my 4 kids and wife my family enjoyed we had 2 rooms all staff are very friendly highly recommend

Staff was communicating and polite. They made our stay more comfortable with being flexible and accommodating. We made a last-minute booking, and they were helpful. Shower was the best part of the room; multiple shower head options, fast and well pressured hot water, all kind of toiletries.

The smell at the corridor, stale cigarette smoke. It was not good. Air conditioning unit was new but was working under performance. There weren't enough blankets/covers for 3 persons.

Śniadanie w cenie do 10.30. Dobry internet. Pomocny personel. Sejf w pokoju. Dobra suszarka. Dobra lokalizacja. Klimatyzacja. Lodówka. Kosmetyki do mycia.

Nie działała roleta na oknie. Różna jakość ręczników po wymianie. Codzienne sprzątanie, ale czasem nie pełna usługa. Mydło się nie pieniło.
