Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen in einem schönen Park, aber man ist trotzdem super schnell am Strand und im Zentrum.

Der Privatstrand kostet extra. Das stand so im Internet nicht drin.

Smeštaj je lep i udobar, na jako lepom mestu blizu mora i u lepom parku, hrana u restoranu jako dobra, osoblje vrlo uslužno. Hotel je ujedno i centar za rehabilitaciju, potpuno prilagođen za invalidksa kolica

U sobi nema fena i sušilice a u opisu prilikom rezervacije je pisalo da soba to poseduje. Dodatno, hotel ima svoju plažu koja je pristupačna za osobe u invalidksim kolicima, zato smo i odabrali ovaj hotel. Na kraju se ispostavilo da moj partner koji se kreće uz pomoć invalidskih kolica mora da doplati 10 evra svaki dan da bi koristio pristupačan toalet i tuš na plaži, a ležaljku svakako nije dobio jer je plaža mala i sve su rezervisane za korisnike hotela koji su ujedno i na rehabilitaciji. Ta informacija ne postoji nigde ali su takva pravila u hotelu i na samoj plaži, pa je pitanje zašto biste platili 10 evra a nemate ležaljku... Ako ste osoba koja se kreće u invalidskim kolicima možda je bolje da razmotrite druge plaže, kao što je plaža Strunjani. Parking je 10 evra po danu za goste hotela, informaciju koju smo našli na booking-u je da je cena 5 evra.

The personnel are very kind. Breakfast is very good.

The location was nice and the lady who worked in the restaurant was very helpful and friendly.

The room was too hot, the minimum temperature you can put the air con down to is 24c - we were met by an extremely rude woman on reception when we were asking if this is a problem, but we were abruptly told that all the rooms are 24c and it’s essentially it’s our fault for liking a cooler room. Also the booking.com main page is not clear that half the facilites, beach, outside pool, deck chairs etc, is only seasonable. Would have been better if it was clearer. We were there on a very hot day in end of April so would have been great to know as we would not of booked this spot if that was clearer.

The hotel is absolutely lovely. The fact that they place emphasis on accessibility for everyone is wonderful. The room is modern, spacious and quiet and the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the location is perfect. I will absolutely recommend this place for anyone visiting Izola!
