Door should have double lock

The location was good, near the subway and bus stop. There were a lot of restaurants and stores. And the staff was really kind.

The room was okay, but it seemed too old.

It's a good location, relatively close to the metro system making it easy to travel around Seoul. There's also a couple convenience stores around making it easy to get food or snacks. The beds are also really nice and soft.

The hotel kind of looks like it could use a renovation altogether. The bathroom design looks dated and pretty uncomfortable, with the rooms themselves having their fair share of scuff marks, dents in the walls and in general looking as if they could use a fresh coat of paint.

It is close to the train station. There is a decent size room downstairs to hang out with others. The room size was large.

The pictures online are way cleaner than the rooms ended up being. The hotel looks a lot better in the pictures than in person. There are a lot of scuff marks all over the walls. We found a used condom behind the bed as well as assorted garbage. You are instructed not to flush used toilet paper but to instead discard it in a waste bin. At other hotels, this wasn't necessary. Booking.com stated that this place had a 24 hour front desk, so we assumed we could drop our bags off at 0600 before our stay. We ended up waiting until 0930 until staff was there to accept our bags. There isn't a number to call or anything at the front desk that indicated how to contact a member of staff.

Pleasant helpful staff. Small comfortable hotel. With a lift is a plus point! Easy access to Hongdae and plenty of food eateries in Sinchon
