"Worth visiting multiple times."

Location was beautiful and the environment was peaceful.... a nice place to stay for a day or two. However, if you like lively and happening environment and free movement then you might feel a bit restricted here. The place was neat and clean, beautiful and serene. The caring beahviour of the owner is really impressive and makes you feel at home.

More options in breakfast would be appreciated. More isolations from other rooms. If the neoghbours are noisy then there is no escape. Tha is a bit inconvenient.

"Gimmicky and not really worth the experience of a real boathouse like in Kerala."

Nothing really, apart from the gimmicky location, the whole place is setup to be a tourist trap with boat shops constantly stopping to harass you to buy their goods and a simple boat ride around the floating market cost me 800rs. the water is polluted and the boat house people throws their food into the water.

Located in the middle of the lake and reliant on the boatmen to ferry you around. Felt like held hostage, constantly harassed for tips and expensive meal on the boat house. Had a hard time calling the boatmen to come fetch me, I would recommend a land based hotel and then rent a boat to visit the place during sunset. Room is simple and creaks, doors cannot be latched.

Jibraan Bhai was really helpfull and felt us like home to the attendants, the hotel staff were very polite ad extremely helpful. They made us feel comfortable and catered willingly to any queries or problems we faced. I'm very thankful to them for their kindness.As it is centrally located, all major points around the city are easily accessible.Budget friendly...

View was pretty good. Stay was comfortable and relaxing. Owner was very friendly and helpful.

Things are a bit costly than usual. Visit with your best negotiation skills for everything you do in overall kashmir.
