Bratsera Boutique Hotel

The restaurant was excellent. The pool and deck were lovley.

There was no mention that the room would be 2 stories, with the bath on the ground floor and the bed area upstairs, Also the top of the stairs were not protected with full bannisters, so a real fall hazard. People looking to reserve should have more info, especially those with mobility issues.

Location was great as was the outdoor pool area.

Bedroom was not well kept. Bathroom update was very poorly done.

Loved the variety of the breakfast, loved the courtyard with deep pool. Staff were all lovely and professional.

Our shower head fell off and didn't get fixed.

The breakfast was amazing and the breakfast staff lovely. Could not fault them or the food.

Filthy mouldy shower, not enough plugs to charge phones and have light at the same time, room was a dark pit, appalling lighting, no full length mirror, brown water out of taps, hot water - take your chances, over priced drinks, swimming pool was green on the sides where it wasn't cleaned or sterilised. Then you get to the really good part.. no sound proofing, so every time the people above moved it woke us. Now i do appreciate its an old building. But still, mouldy showers with brown water for they are charging is taking the Micky. I did tell the reception staff, didn’t even offer a free drink. Love Hydra been many times. Will not return to this hotel. Better places for less. All fur coat no knickers!

We loved everything about Bratsera. The hotel had been beautifully designed and decorated, in a way which reflects the building’s interesting history. The location is perfect, tucked away but so central. We especially loved the incredible deep pool. Our room was so comfortable, we were very sad to leave.

Perfect location. A beautiful oasis like hotel with a really good pool. Ultra friendly staff and rooms full of character.A 2 minute walk to the harbour but so quiet amazingly. Breakfast was superb with fantastic greek produce. My one problem is that we only booked 2 nights!!

Le petit déjeuner est juste incroyable, ainsi que la situation géographique et l’espace patio/piscine.

Honnêtement pour une chambre si chère, nous aurions attendu plus de soin mit dans la décoration des chambres. C’est extrêmement dépouillé, et un peu trop « vieillot » si j’ose dire. L’espace extérieur est juste magnifique, mais un peu plus de soin dans les décorations mises dans les chambres seraient un vrai plus!
