Genevieves lovely suite

The place is very nice. Clean, everything functional. Big double beds. And the stacker/bunker beds. Proper lighting. Proper Smart TV. Coffee machine with coffee pods. And decently outfitted kitchen otherwise. Close to Lincoln Park and bus stops.

The area was not what I was suspecting after reading up on the area before booking. It felt a bit unsafe. But after a few days, I liked it more and more.

Janice is an amazing host! She is so friendly and attentive. The apartment was on point, it was clean, comfortable and really cute! It has everything we needed and good location. Janice left a bottle of sangria - it was total unexpected, but a really nice surprise 🥹❤️ Definitely, we’ll come back!

The place was clean and perfect for my family of 5. It was very close to the ferry terminals for NYC and Ellis Island. This was convenient. The owner was super accommodating and polite. She made the whole process super easy and made us feel right at home. If you are bringing a car, the parking situation is infuriating! Parking is on city streets, first come, first serve. For my family with 3 kids this was a nightmare. Also, be very careful to read ALL street signs, we ended up with a $50 parking ticket the first night. Then, when we returned after 7pm we spent 35 minutes looking for a spot and ended up having to park several streets over. This place would benefit from offering a for-sure parking space.

• The apartment was clean and had all the amenities. • We traveled in winter, and it was well-heated. It is spacious and bright. • Public transport to visit places like Liberty Park is only a 10-minute walk away, making it easily accessible. • There are shops nearby, including a greengrocer that sells fresh fruits and vegetables. • There’s also plenty of street parking available.

Without a car, it’s far from JFK, But connections from Manhattan are easy.
