Bellissima struttura, piccola ma accogliente. Camere vista mare, così come la piscina, bar e ristorante. Camera bella e pulita. Staff super gentile. Ottimo cibo (fanno anche la pizza).

In realtà nulla. Ho avuto due camere e nella seconda (che era molto più grande), però non c’era la finestra apribile o l’aspirazione nel bagno. Però era molto bello e grande. Siamo stati sfortunati perché appena arrivati è saltata luce e acqua in tutta la zona per diverse ore (e noi eravamo appena usciti dal pronto soccorso e avevamo disperatamente bisogno di una doccia). Zona un po’ lontana da ristoranti, ma con gogek o grab si arriva ovunque con pochi euro.

Location, staff, resort design and food!

It was my experience to stay in the place like this, cause many people recommended it and put the high point to that hotel! But arrived there I can see how old everything and not clean! I was with kids and I’m worrying about cleaning all the time, but there it was awful! Cause the mattress was wet all the time and room smells with dampness and mold in the bathroom! It's also better not to know about the level of cleanliness in the kitchen and the bar! I was bitten with bedbugs in the mattress, and have allergy after very dirty swimming pool! Also be prepared when the housekeeper will come , they never take off them shoes and just cleaning the room! Even when I asked them to take off , they just look on me like I’m alien and my favor is weird to them If you are young people who still don’t care about cleaning and comfortable it’s totally for you ! But if you are family and with kids I can’t recommend this place! They have the most important and wonderful point it’s them view! It’s nice during the day time and there you can see wonderful sunrise 🌅

The resort offers a magnificent panoramic ocean view that is truly the highlight of the stay. Staff assisted with carrying our luggage upstairs. The General Manager (female) was professional and empathetic. She acknowledged our issues, provided a discount on the breakfast, and personally helped us secure a taxi.

Flooding Issues. The open-plan living area has no protection against rain. During a heavy downpour, water flooded directly into the lounge and eventually into the bedrooms. By the time we checked out, the floors were almost entirely submerged. The wind and rain lashed against the doors all night, making it impossible to get a good night's rest. Serious Privacy Concerns. The master bedroom balcony is only separated from the public corridor by a waist-high wooden gate with no lock. On our final morning, while we were relaxing inside, two staff members suddenly entered our private balcony from the public walkway to lower the rain canvas. It was incredibly intrusive and could have been extremely embarrassing if we hadn't been fully dressed. The Ugly (Dining Experience) Incompetent Service. One of our breakfast orders did not match the menu description at all. When we raised this, the restaurant supervisor was arrogant and dismissive, treating it as a non-issue and initially refusing to correct the order. Hygiene & Mockery. We found a live worm in the salad of the second breakfast. Worse than the bug itself was the staff's reaction; they seemed to find the live worm "funny" and we could hear them laughing about it in the kitchen after taking the plate away. It was completely unprofessional and ruined our appetite. While the GM’s attitude was excellent, the overall quality and training of the staff do not match the high rating of this resort, nor do they compare to the standard of service found elsewhere in Bali. We strongly advise against visiting during the rainy season due to the flooding design, but you could have way better options in Bali. Regardless of the weather, we will not be returning.
