"Excellent"

The homestay is in Kangar itself. Fast check in and check out with keybox available. The dining area and second room has high ceiling. The beds and floor are clean. The towel smells very nice. Sufficient pillows provided. There is no extra matress provided but 2 pcs of 'toto' can be found in the cabinet. Microwave and stove available for usage.

The water pressure is slow. Only 3 glass mug available. The second gate needs maintenance for easy opening.

There were three rooms. Location was ok if you have a car. If not it's a bit out of the way unless you use e hailing services

One of the rooms had a leak in the ceiling which had water in during a downpour. Cockroaches and ants. And the dining area didn't have air conditioning so it was very warm
