"Bad"

We booked 3 rooms for 5 guests, however upon arrival we were told we could only use the first floor with two rooms and the fifth guest could have slept on a thin mattress in the living room. Eventually we were able to convince the hosts to give us an extra room upstairs, however the house was not clean, toilet paper was not provided, there were only 2 towels for 5 people, WI-FI didn't work in the ground floor.
