The place is lovely! Extremely clean and well maintained property. Staff is excellent. The breakfast and evening tea/ snacks are absolutely amazing! Would return for sure. Rooms are beautiful, comfortable, super clean!

Dear Management, I would like to share my feedback regarding the breakfast timing at your hotel. As your property falls under the 3–4 star hotel category, the generally accepted standard is to serve breakfast from around 6:30 AM. Unfortunately, I have noticed that your breakfast timing has gradually shifted later over time: * Initially: 6:30 AM * Then: 7:00 AM * Later: 7:30 AM * Currently: 8:00 AM Most guests staying at your hotel are visitors coming for temple darshan. Many prefer to start their day early, ideally by 7:00 AM, to maximize their time visiting temples and avoid crowds. The current breakfast schedule significantly affects guests’ travel plans and temple visits. Guests are often forced to either skip breakfast or delay their itinerary, which can impact their overall experience. I sincerely request that you reconsider the breakfast timing and restore it to an earlier schedule. A breakfast service from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM would be much more convenient for your guests while still providing ample service time. I hope you will take this feedback into serious consideration, as it would greatly enhance the comfort and satisfaction of many visitors. Thank you for your attention.

Breakfast timing is not as per the star hotel standards

The hotel is exceptionally clean, with courteous staff and wonderful, authentic South Indian Breakfast.

The staff were extremely courteous, the location is in the center of Udupi, the rooms are clean, houseekeeping, afternoon snacks, the breakfast buffet counter staff - all deserve a shout out - they are simply excellent! The overall hotel quality is 7* not even 4 ot 5*.

The water in bathroom should have a hand shower too in addition to the ceiling shower. Else everything is 5*.

Good property and the breakfast is the highlight.

While the spread is great but the service levels at the coffer shop is average. They don't have enough employees to take care of guest and our interaction with the staff there was not pleasant. Overall the properly is good, location is good, breakfast is good but they need to focus on training team on soft skills. Room service for lunch and Dinner is not at all good and they actually don't show any interest is taking orders.
