"Good people, comfortable stay, outstanding breakfast."

Breakfast was outstanding local food. The best I've had in a star hotel. The staff were amazing. Location is great. The bed was comfortable, clean and perfect for our stay.

The lights in the room wouldn't turn off from the bedside control box. We had to call the technician to fix it. Regular switches would be nice, not this bedside control box.

Location was on the Main Street with attached MTR which was convenient as their restaurants are either shut down or improperly managed. It was very difficult to get food at their restaurant other than for breakfast. Front desk staff are polite and courteous but not very efficient. They are also not aware of local events and happenings and were unable to provide any valuable information relating to these.

Uncomfortable beds that kept creaking. Insufficient lighting in the bathroom. Electrical was not good - kettle was turning on and off without any manual input. Light switches were old and mostly non functional. Poor value for what we paid. Nothing luxury or boutique about it. Just a basic 3 star place to stay at

"The BEST hotel of all time"

It was THE BEST experience for us. We really had a great time. Also the food was so authentic and tasty. Staff were so humble and cooperative in everything. Overall it was the best time for us.
