Very modern and tidy

Single beds were a little too small

Everything about this place was good. Central location, clean, slept 3 adults and 2 children with ease, secure, parking and responsive staff.

Nothing.

Good for parking, very clean. nice and quiet

said had microwave but wasn't there, the lift don't work, the staircase was very small and not suitable for tall or older people, not enough towels either.

Location was good and value for money

Not enough cutlery table was set with dirty glasses all 3 cooking pans were disgustingly dirty nowhere to drain/dry dishes toilet seat loose radiator loose on wall emailed me 3 days before the booking trying to take a holding deposit no mention of this with my last contact with them on the 9th of August overall I wouldn't stay here again it was good value for money but I guess you only get what you pay for couldn't open window in one of the bedrooms for air

Location

It was a forgettable stay. The rooms were dusty, especially the wooden structures and windows. The cutlery was old and marked. The lifts were not working, so we had to carry our luggage to the second floor. The owner is very particular and expects the rooms to be left clean, with the beds made, floors mopped, and towels washed although she charges for the cleaning services.
