Amazing location. Very good hosts, easy to communicate with they even left a little gift for us on our arrival. Everything you need for your stay.

The position of the property was ideal for both the station and the city. It is a large apartment with virtually same size 2 bedrooms.

We did have an unfortunate smell in the kitchen therefore during our stay we could not use it. We did take this up with the property company who owns it and they were helpful in trying to resolve the issue at the time.

Nada a destacar

A fantastic location, minutes from the main central Newcastle station, picking up keys was easy, getting in the property was fine. The apartment is large (2 bedrooms plus a small room as an office). Nice TV. It was quiet.

There are a few things that could easily improve the listing: mend the washing machine (although this feature is not on the list of amenities), add shampoo and conditioner (listing says ‘free toiletries’ (I had to use the little bit of hand soap by the basin), improve the coffee situation (no coffee pods for the machine that was there) - add a French Press cafeteria and some ground coffee, for example. We also think having access to heating controls is important (we asked and got permission). There is no thermostat which would make it much better for guests. The shower is hot but only OK pressure.
