The description in the listing made it sound like it was in Latin Quarter but was about 15 min drive.

the place was good and clean . understaffed, the staff was good. .

The restaurant was not functioning, no breakfast was available, if you don't have your own transport you are stuck in this part of miramar. no auto rickshaws . The place was calm and quiet. over friendly staff.

The location was perfect. We rented a moped and we were able to drive around town quickly and easily. The hotel is located within walking distance of the beach and many great restaurants. Swiggy deliveries were all super quick too. The staff was very responsive, kind and welcoming.

Beautiful place to stay in Panjim. Excellent staff and the owner himself is very friendly and takes care of guests. Very good location from Panaji city centre and Miramar beach. A value for money place and highly recommended for good holiday.

I liked the ambience, the rooms and the hospitality. Jitesh and team were the pinnacle of warmth. You could always wander down to the reception and have a lively chat or get the itinerary.

😃 Bathroom could've had a provision for ventilation
