Great location. 15 minutes walk from the centre

Einziger Pluspunkt ist Frau Maja – sie war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat immer schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Außerdem gibt es ausreichend Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Insgesamt entspricht die Unterkunft leider nicht den Erwartungen.

Die Lage ist sehr laut – jedes Auto, das vorbeifährt, ist deutlich zu hören, was das Schlafen schwierig macht. Die Sauberkeit ließ stark zu wünschen übrig: Es waren Haare auf den Betten, die Küche war verschmutzt und auch der Kühlschrank hat unangenehm gerochen. Die Betten sind sehr unbequem und wirken billig. Die Duschkabine hatte einen verstopften Abfluss, wodurch das Duschen sehr unangenehm war. Zusätzlich fehlt bei beiden Wasserhähnen (im Bad und in der Küche) ein Teil, der den Wasserfluss reguliert, sodass das Wasser mit viel zu starkem Druck herauskommt und überall hinspritzt.

Odlična lokacija, stan bombonica, ima sve sto je neophodno. Oaza mira i topline, a posebna pohvala za preduzimljivu domacicu! Lokacija mirna a blizu centra, sve je bilo savršeno.

Safe location, the apartment is decent and the owner is responsive.

It’s clean on the surface, vacuumed and not cluttered. However, all the surfaces are dirty. Finger prints on everything, grease splashes in the kitchen and dust under things. When I told the owner about it, she said that most people stay for a few days and it doesn’t matter. It’s not hygienic, not to clean and wipe surfaces between visitors. The shower is uncomfortable, water runs either scorching hot or cold, drain is slow so you will stand in bath water. Pillows are painfully uncomfortable. In two weeks owner didn’t ask what I needed and I replenished my own paper products. Was on my own figuring out sheets and how things work, because she rushed out when I arrived. In general I didn’t feel cared about. Lastly, the noise level is high. Traffic is loud. If you want to rest or work, it may be challenging. You will hear neighbors sneezing and stumping on your head, from the unit above. I was uncomfortable and annoyed most of the two weeks.
