Rating: ⭐ (1/5) I had an extremely disappointing experience with this apartment. There was no running water the entire day—no hot water, no working heater, and no water from the taps. The housekeeper kept insisting there was water, but that was not true. I only stayed for two hours as I had a meeting to attend. I even asked the housekeeper to call me when the water issue was resolved, but she never did. From morning until 8 PM, I kept waiting for an update, but no one reached out. I didn’t return because of the housekeeper’s terrible attitude. Instead of being helpful, she was dismissive and dishonest. This is completely unacceptable, and I am requesting a full refund. I paid for a service that was never provided.

The place was very comfortable and looked nice.
