Great location close to the beach and restaurants Very clean upon arrival Nice ground floor balcony area

Bathroom needs updating shower very small and shower curtail too short so water floods the bathroom Cleaner rude had to be out early otherwise room would not get serviced and when asked for towels to be changed she was rude making us feel unwelcome and an inconvenience Bed was hard and uncomfortable

The apartment was perfect. The pool area was lovely. It is right on the beach with the most stunning view. Quiet and peaceful. The lady who does the cleaning is kind and helpful. We would definitely stay again

Lived up to its name, really was serene. fantastic location on the quiet side of Kassiopi, yet minutes away from everything

Location to all amenities, lovely pool and access to the beach. Very clean with a daily service, making the bed etc.

Dated but still good.

The location is great, it’s clean, Suzie comes in every day to make sure of that, there are always more sun loungers than people and it’s in walking distance to bars and restaurants.

The bathroom needs modernising, the old shower tray and curtain doesn’t work anymore, never did in my opinion, a re-jig with a ‘man’ sized shower would make the stay/property a 10

The location was perfect, walking distance to the shops and the beach was straight in front to the pool area. The property was kept so clean and the pool area was cleaned every morning. There were more than enough sunbeds, so we could get up whenever we wanted.

To be honest there was nothing to fault, except the bathroom could maybe do with an update, but was always kept clean.

Location is amazing and that’s what sells this property, you have the choice of pool or beach with it being right in front of you.. superb location with a couple of minutes walk to the centre. Mosquito screens, invaluable especially after the rain and allowed us to sleep with the fresh air and not the air con a couple of nights. Lovely pool area, enough sunbeds for all guests and it’s lovely and peaceful. Easy check in, the key was in the door waiting for us and we managed to get in early which was super helpful.

The flooring was coming up, laminate flooring that was a trip hazard, I reported this to Johnny as we had a storm and the water came in the door and raised the floor more, needs urgent attention, I did see it had been reported last year too. I also reported the light outside not working so it was difficult to see when returning at night, Johnny said he would notify maintenance of the issues I raised. It could do with a brush and Dust pan so we could sweep the floors, I understand why there isn’t anything there as there wouldn’t be storage for it but a rethink in that would be good. As others have said, it really needs an upgrade, I can see from other comments that this has been raised a few times and management say they are going to get around to this. When the upgrades have been done it will be worth what we paid but until then, it’s pricey. It could have just been our apartment with the issues, we stayed in Room 5.

It was calm and relaxing, great view and resturants near with good food. High recommndation from us ❤️

Great location, lovely pool area in front of the sea. Basic but very clean.

Beds could be more comfortable as I found them too hard.
