Čistoća, grijanje, Netflix na tv, mir i lako dostupno, parking, laka komunikacija s vlasnicom

Krevet je kvrgav i neudoban. Umivaonik u kupaonici nespretan za umivanje zbog police koja je iznad . Ulazak u apartman kasno tek u 16 sati , a izlazak prerano. Bolje bi bilo ulazak od 15, a izlazak 11.
