Queen Apartment Athenee

We arrived to the city much earlier than expected, but manager was very responsive and found solution for us. I very appreciate it. Also the location of the apartment is fantastic. I would like to separately note tasty coffee and comfortable shower.

Booking.com did indicate that the apartment was on the ground floor before the booking.com completed. It has not been fair

There were cockroaches in the bathroom every time you turn on the light. Also the water in the bathtub and the sink was not draining good so every time we used them it was getting a lot of water which was taking a long time to drain. The host offered to send someone to "fix" the issues, but those things should have been taken care of before we arrived... Also there were only 3 pillows for 4 people. Which in our case was not a problem as the youngest kid sleeps without a pillow, but it's good when the booking is made for 4 people to have 4 pillows.

Location, bed was comfortable

As it was only new to Airbnb, there were no pots and pans, boiling jug etc., however the host turned up with all new kitchen utensils when pointed out. The entrance door to the apartment building was a bit hard to find.
