Rooms that got on the ground floor with corner one which is wores one and not ready to charge. I am not able to cancel. They are taking advantage of this, and you can go and cancel through the app, but it's not possible. .

The staff's behavior and the room's ambiance were disappointing, and considering the location, it just wasn't worth it.

"Great Hotel woth a visit, amazing staff and very nice rooms"

Promod the pool man is one of the nicest people you can meet, every morning he comes and greets you with a good morning, always ready to help. Stayed at this hotel 7 times now, have to say its a brilliant hotel, staff are very helpful, and kind. Breakfast at the weekend can be a little bit Chaos,

The standard of cleaning for me has been lowered, twice my room was cleaned with dirty water and you could notice when entering the room, this needs to improve again to be the excellent standard it used to be.
