Breakfast was average, you had the normal egg station, fruit, cereals etc,

They had a burst water pipe so we had no water when we returned after the beach, no one advised us of this or said we could use the showers in another block which we found out after we'd used the bottles of water to boil and strip washed... also wifi was hit & miss in our room

There must be some more options in breakfast buffet.

FIRST - dont look at google reviews at this hotel, they are definitely buying stars. I interesting week in Bloomsuite calangute hotel . First of all service in lobby is rude and surly. We asked for changing room becouse our room was stinky and in my dad room aircondidtion worked very loud. One gentleman answered that they cant do it now we can come tomorrow... or after tomorrow but better never.Lobby service should change profession if they cant work with people respectfully and nice. Room cleaning : I asked for a shampoo, shower gel and of course someone fullfiled this but in a half i know in Bloomsuite hotel shampoo and shower gel is a treasure . Room cleaning is very bad as u can see on pictures. Breakfast story : im on breakfast i asked for 2 eggs 2 sausages . Eggs came fast BIG success after 10-15 waiting for my sausages , im thinkin they will bring it especially for me from Delhi ? No way im watching and i see service boy with my 2 sausages asking his boss and eggs master who ordered sausages( he gave me eggs like moment ago) Boy forgot 10 min after order so its like factory reset after 1 job done , few days after simillar situation but with eggs :) On breakfast i see one gentleman cleaning deckchairs with a mop and yes this gentleman will clean all floors in hotel with same mop no water, effects u see on videos and photos. Waste of money hotel deserve -4 stars not even 1 Once but never again
