Location was great

Very comfortable apartment, clean , warm and well located in Cheltenham town centre. Loved that some tea and coffee were available also . Any staff we met were very nice and helpful.

Would love if we could check out a little later at 11am if possible.

The property was very clean. They have made good use of the space. Bedrooms are comfortable and spacious with plenty of storage. The kitchen is small but lots of storage in the limited space and it is well equipped. The shower was good.

Although the lounge area was spacious with a dining table and large tv, the seating was a sofa bed and not very comfortable. I think more than two people would struggle as they would have to sit on dining chairs.

Easy to use

Clean, well appointed property. Good for 2 people. Facilities excellent. Good location. As the accommodation was so nice, we opted to eat in as opposed to go out, to make the most of it.

Even though the windows are double glazed, the integral air vent affected the sound proofing, and traffic noise was hard to ignore when in bed, especially as there is a loose drain cover in the road that made a noise every time a car drove over it. Not the fault of the property, but noticeable due to the air vent.
