Una Casetta InterVineas

L'appartamentino è nuovissimo, arredato con cura, e molto pulito; si trova in una casetta a fianco della villa in cui abitano i padroni di casa, che sono persone discrete, ma estremamente disponibili in caso di necessità. La dimensione è perfetta per una coppia. La zona è silenziosa e senza traffico, inoltre essendo fuori dal centro storico, in una zona verde, la sera rinfresca. I nostri ospiti sono persone molto gentili, con cui è stato un vero piacere chiacchierare. Hanno anche due gatti adorabili che ogni tanto gironzolano nel cortile e per noi che amiamo gli animali è stato come sentirsi un po' a casa.

La strada su cui si trova l'appartamento ha un po' di salite/discese e il manto stradale non sempre è in buone condizioni. Inoltre credevamo fosse più vicino al centro di Spoleto, in realtà c'è da fare una decina di minuti di camminata (tra salite e discese) per arrivare nei pressi del centro storico: visto le giornate molto calde abbiamo preferito coprire questa distanza in auto, raggiungere il parcheggio più vicino (Spoletosfera) e poi muoverci a piedi da lì. In periodi meno torridi e per persone sportive questo tratto si può fare tranquillamente a piedi. Il letto per me era un po' duro, ma questo è un gusto del tutto personale, dato che invece per il mio compagno era perfetto.

Personalmente, nel contesto, preferirei delle tende tradizionali alle veneziane.

Lovely oasis 10 minutes walk out of town! Very well equipped house with everything we needed for a perfect stay. Helpful and friendly hosts. We would definitely recommend this place when visiting Spoleto.

The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. Thr owners were a charming couple who made us feel most welcome. We loved it!

Thr only negative point was the road leading to the house, a steep climb to go into the centre. Though the location is good as the house is really close to the centre.

The owner of the house was really kind. And parking lot was really comfortable~

The hosts were super sweet and helpful, and the place was great: clean, good location, equipped with everything you need, and with a nice, shaded outdoor area. I highly recommend a stay at this guest house 😊

The apartment was great, as well as the hospitality of Deborah. I also liked the city very much.

The B&B was absolutely spotless and everything was new. Extremely well equipped it lacked nothing and everything was of a high quality. The bed was great as well as the shower. What more could you want? Debora the owner was an outstanding host who was very attentive to our needs. She is an accomplished hiker who was highly knowledgeable about area hikes to the point of accompanying us on one. If you are using Spoleto as an Umbrian hiking hub, look no further than this place. A true 10 out of 10.
